This experiential programme was designed to build trust, cohesion and communication among the college’s staff. Educators and administrators often work in different areas with little opportunity to connect, and this session created an enjoyable, supportive environment in which colleagues could step outside their routines, collaborate in new ways and discover the strengths each person brings to the institution’s shared mission.
Through hands-on activities followed by guided reflection, participants examined how they communicate, solve problems together and support one another under pressure. The lessons from each exercise were connected directly to everyday life on campus. By the end of the programme, staff had built stronger relationships, a more open and appreciative atmosphere, and practical ideas for working together more effectively for the benefit of their students and the college community.
