This leadership programme focused on emotional intelligence as a cornerstone of effective, modern leadership. Participants explored the core elements of emotional intelligence, including self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy and relationship management, and examined how these qualities allow leaders to stay composed under pressure, understand their teams and inspire trust. The programme was delivered in two sessions so that learning could be applied and revisited.
The two-session structure gave participants time to practise new behaviours in their daily work and return with real experiences to reflect upon. Through exercises, case discussions and personal reflection, they developed practical strategies for handling difficult conversations, managing stress and building resilience in themselves and their teams. Participants emerged as more self-aware, empathetic and inspiring leaders, ready to guide their teams with both confidence and compassion.
