This programme was created to strengthen two skills that reinforce one another: communicating well and leading well. In a pharmaceutical setting, where precision, coordination and clarity are essential, the ability to share information accurately and guide colleagues with confidence directly affects the quality of the team’s work. Participants explored how they communicate, what gets lost between message and understanding, and how leaders can create clarity and alignment.
Through interactive exercises, group discussion and practical feedback, participants developed skills in listening, giving clear instructions, offering constructive feedback and leading productive conversations. They examined how their communication style influences the people around them and how small adjustments can transform working relationships. The team left with sharper communication habits, greater leadership confidence and a stronger foundation for working together effectively across the organization.
